This tour takes you inland — into the hills, the old stone buildings and the ancient groves where the island’s real story has been quietly unfolding for centuries. Pick-up begins at 8:00 am from your designated point, and the day unfolds at a leisurely pace, returning around 4:00 pm.

Local Farm This is a trip back in time — and a reminder that some knowledge never loses its value. The family behind this farm will walk you through the way things were done here for generations and how those traditions have carried through to today. The visit ends with tastings of homemade wine, olive oil pressed on site, and locally made cosmetics. Simple, honest, and unexpectedly moving.

Shipwreck Viewpoint No visit to Zakynthos is complete without seeing Navagio — and seeing it from the clifftop is something else entirely. The sheer drop to the cove below, the white sand, the rusting hull of the stranded ship surrounded by impossible blue water — this is the image that has made Zakynthos famous. Standing at the edge and looking down, it’s easy to understand why.

This olive tree is over 2,000 years old — its trunk has split and twisted over the centuries into something that looks more like sculpture than nature, and yet it still produces olives today. Stand next to it and try to comprehend what it has witnessed. Most people can’t.

Olive Press Factory The final stop brings everything together. At a working olive press, the owners walk you through the full journey from fruit to oil — through video and guided explanation in English — and invite you to taste the result straight from the source. After a day spent among olive groves and ancient trees, it’s the perfect way to close the loop.
